Fantastic practice

I was told I would be able to get a clean after Covid, they said that I’m 2020, and by 2023 we’re still refusing. That’s by no means the worst thing. They messed up my prescription for antibiotics, when my friends body was found. So I couldn’t go straight back. When I did go back they refused to prescribe the antibiotics and two days later I had a huge swelling on my face. When I explained to the dentist that my friends body was found and that’s why I did not return straight away she didn’t even acknowledge what I had just said. Not a word. I put a complaint I’m and spoke to the practice manager, I was fobbed off. Then when I called to make an appointment the other day, I found they had taken me off the system and not even bothered to tell me. Thankfully I was able to find another dentist quickly. If I could give minus stars I would. ** update** three very close together appointments at my new surgery and I am happier than I have been in a few years! So glad Pall Mall took me off their books! **

This practise has always been so friendly. I love the staff, they are so welcoming. Always keep me calm during treatments. I've seen most dentists in there; Jayme, Ralph, Jo was amazing at taking one of my daughters teeth out. Spotlessly clean. See you again next time! :)

Been coming to Pall Mall dentists for many years for check ups but dreaded having treatment due to issues with previous dentists. Jayme mentioned several times I would need a crown in future & I said no way as terrified. I had to have a replacement filling today as an emergency . Never felt a thing. Thank you Jayme will be happy to have whatever you recommend in future.

I'm a relatively new patient to this practice and am both very impressed and indeed grateful for them being able to fit me in to an emergency appointment slot earlier this week to have root canal treatment at very short-notice. The procedure was carried out by Ralph who was very professional and the treatment has alleviated my pain. Keep up the great work - very impressed and grateful!

I have been registered with this wonderful practice for quite a few years now and all my treatment has been pain free. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they have cured me of my fear of dentists.
