Worst experience I have ever experienced from a showroom. Please do not consider anything from this showroom as I would recommend other Hero showrooms.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD TO FACE. Went for the service after I was called on phone . Went with my bike and the person who was in charge was litteraly don't know how to handle a customer, the customer made me wait for more than 15 minutes where I was in hurry and he kept on checking the papers of other customers where he could have just asked about my bike queries and could have let me go which would almost take 2 min. And later he could have checked all the papers together. As I reached the service center the person named (Abhijith) which is what he said to me and said that the working time is over and there is nothing they can do and I was just before the closing time. And the person name (Abhijith) stated that - it doesn't matter even if it is just before closing time. I need to wait more or come later. As I was not treated properly I asked for the persons employee ID card and he refused to show that as well. I don't know what kind of customer service is that. The person not only just wasted my time . He also don't know how to behave. My worst decision buying vehicle from here. Anyone trying to buy any bikes form here please do rethink or else you will regret later for sure.

Recently serviced from here. Had to wait 3 working days for getting back vehicle after service. Limited spare parts. Employees hadnt have any adequate amount of knowledge regarding the spare parts.

The worst showroom... They sell defective product.. All staffs are irresponsible.. no one takes any kind of ownership, when I approached to correct the defect for my newly purchased two wheeler from there. They made unnecessary delay for pick up, servicing and delivery . Didn't give any kind of updation . I had to call them always spoiling my time and energy ... I am totally dissatisfied with their customer relationship. Please no one go there ...

Good experience with servicing my Hero Mastro Edge scooter. They are really helpful with providing the service details along with the estimated cost. They also will take approval prior to changing any thing which may involve additional cost other than the initial estimated cost. I totally recommend this service center which is easily accessible for thr people living in Kaklanad
