Quick and kind repair service, and the manager Aaron did the price match for me, very thankful.

Replace a Huawei phone screen in 2 hours, i asked so many stores around city they all need to fix it for a few days, in here the Pak shop just finished in 2 hours. The price is also reasonable. Unbelievable!

One of the staff barely speak English and she ignored me a few times after I asked questions. I asked them to change my phone battery, the phone came back with 25% charged and now dropped to 18% in 10mins. I’m not even sure if I’ve got a new battery.

My iPhone suddenly cannot turn on and stop at Apple logo. I went to the Pak shop in QV and Aaron fixed my phone in an hour and saved the data for me. The price is reasonable, and Aaron’s service is very friendly and professional!

Disappointing experience. Brought my iPhone for a screen replacement and they broke the home button and couldn’t fix it. They ended up putting the old screen back on. I still have a cracked screen and now my home button is broken. Tried resolving but no response from the owner and repairer just kept saying there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t recommend.
