Hi, I had visited Pai, Chanda Nagar to purchase Bosch Washing Machine. I had interacted with Abhinav who is very cool and provided all the insights about the product. Overall it is a fruitful experience.

Sales executives Mrs.Chandrika & Mr. Azam were very good in explaining functionality and too good in customer relationship.

The sales executives are not well informed about their products. Take old customers for granted. They delivered a washing machine for a different color and not my desired color. They refuted my claim saying that they never talked about color variants in the washing machine.

We bought Dish washer yesterday here. Abhinav demo was excellent. He has sound knowledge on each brand and explained from customer satisfaction point also and given best discount. We are really very much satisfied. Thanks a lot Abhinav.
