Dr. Patrick Choi takes good care of his patients and gives explanation of all treatment in detail. He is highly efficient in using time for treatment . Great Customer Service and good listener. He understands his customer’s needs .

Dr. Choi is amazing!!!!! best dentist ever!!!! Meticulously thorough, cleanest my teeth have EVER BEEN…Really caring. He really showed me things no one ever has shared. Kelly his assistant was really great too, so nice and personable-Nancy is the receptionist and really had to help me to get the information I needed for my claim. They were all so nice and truly cared about me!!!
I recently moved to the area and needed a dentist to help me with an urgent issue I was having even though I didn’t have an established dentist in the area. I called several offices in the Tukwila/Renton area, but Dr. Choi’s office was the most prompt and accommodating to my emergency. I can confidently say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Choi was so thorough in explaining everything to me before the treatment and gained my complete trust. I highly recommend this office!
Dr. Choi, Kelly, and Angela are a heaven sent! My husband went to a different dental office in Seattle who quoted him over 10k for basic work on his teeth, even with dental insurance. We actually contemplated getting things done abroad. We gave it a shot and they really took care of us and treated us with so much kindness, respect, and transparency. We both grew up low income and visited lower quality clinics growing up so this amazing office and their treatment was a pleasant surprise. The cost of treatment was less than a tenth of the previous dentist’s quote! Dr. Choi walks his clients through his work and process making sure to pause and show photos during his treatment. The staff really take the time to make you feel safe and comfortable especially if you have a phobia. They refer to their patients by name regularly and ask questions to help decide treatment routes for your lifestyle and budget. The receptionist, Angela got to know my husband and I’d schedule to help with setting up appointments. She determined my flexibility and calls me when there is an early opening. The team really takes care of their patients.
