There is a real difference when you step into a place like PCP of Eugene. The staff is attentive in answering the questions needed to make the best decision for what you need on your project. I really like having the option to custom build what you need. If you want true professionals I would recommend taking the time to call or visit these guys. Their attention to detail, scheduling, and communication with their customer base is second to none. Trevor always makes sure that I have the correct contact info and mapping details necessary for a timely delivery, and we always agree on a genuine delivery window that he can share with his customer before I ever leave the yard. Zack is probably one of the best loading operators that I have ever worked with. His skill set and safety awareness, along with his product knowledge and attention to detail, truly makes my job much easier. He arrives to load me just when I’m ready for him, and he always seems to know the best way to get everything onboard correctly the first time. The entire team at PCP Eugene seem to be on the same page. From Shelly in the office to the crew(s) in the shop, everyone seems to work together with a positive attitude.
