They don't accept cards. If u pay bill through UPI, they will make us wait till customer loose patience. They will check and verify the credits, take screenshot of payment and do all the non sense required to embarrass the customer even if the payment shows Transaction successfull and even after they receive sms. Never experienced this kind of situation any where. Looks like this showroom is being run by a bunch of uneducated, uncultured and uncivilized people who doesn't even have any idea of UPI payments. Also the rates doesn't seem genuine.

Bargain to your best, rs. 650/sqft is his call. Rates are not genuine, I had cross verified. You can find quite good collection of Mica sheets(design sheets). But supervision is highly required as carpenter provided by them are not so skilled. The best would be purchase from them(mica and plywood) don't hire their Carpenter or don't give contract to them. Very poor finishing.
