The cake and bread items very good. We purchased veg pizza it good and best for tea time companion.

Well maintained , wish it was lil more spacious and with good seating ,

Moderately good variety of cakes, pastries and ice creams, French fries, pizza, burgers,sandwiches and milk shake. Price was ok, seating is limited. Good for orders and takeaways, utmost seats 5-6 people I think. The place is very nearby chrompet bus stand and opposite to chrompet railway station.

This is a complaint. This day I ordered a birthday cake and paid 300₹. Gave the message to be written on the cake and informed the person that I will come to take delivery at 6.00 pm. In between we decided to buy cup cakes in place of birthday cake and went there at 5.30. The cake was not ready. I asked the counter person if I can take alternative products. He refused to oblige and showed attitude. He said that system will not allow modification or cancellation and I have to take delivery of the ordered product. I said that I am not going to take delivery and I will leave without asking for refund. He said he cannot let me go without taking delivery. So i just came out of the shop asking him to keep his system and my money. Then after my coming out he called me back and offered to give an alternative product. I asked him how his system is permitting now. He said he will be paying from his salary. I got agitated, tore the bill and came out. Now he was using abusives but I preferred not to react. This abusive word deserved a slap on the face of the person using it against a customer. But i did not want to react. I want the shop owner to guide his staff to behave properly. Added after seeing reply; The management contacted me over phone and I told them the exact abusive word used by their employee. They have posted a reply also. But what happened to my money? They are silent. 10 09 2022 Update. Refund of ₹300 received. Appreciate someone who found it appropriate to refund.
