The front desk staff is unfailingly friendly, organized, and polite. The space is clean. The staff are highly educated and knowledgeable. Vanesa and Dana, the two women who treat me, are especially wonderful. They are excellent communicators who take the time to listen to me so that they can make the best recommendations. If you’re thinking about doing something for yourself that you’ve always wanted to do I definitely think this is the place for you.
I stopped by OVME last Saturday. I flew in from Denver to Chicago early Friday morning, so I had been feeling very tired from traveling. Vanesa recommended I try IV hydration therapy, so I gave it a shot. The experience was amazing--Vanesa was very professional and accommodating, and the ambience throughout the location was very clean, modern and relaxing. After getting started with the IV treatment--which is fast and seamless--all you have to do is sit back and relax (literally) and let the treatment do the work. You're given a blanket, you have the option to order food, and you like espresso or coffee, they have that as well. After the treatment I felt refreshed and energized. I would definitely do it again and am considering doing this for fun to treat myself going forward. I highly recommend you visit this location, and request Vanesa specifically, if you can--she's the best!
First off I want to say how incredibly welcomed I felt as soon as I walked in! It’s such an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. As a man, it is sometimes intimidating going to treat myself but everyone is so helpful here. My increase in confidence is incredible. I went in for Botox/filler and met with the nurse injector Vanesa. She created a plan for my concerns which were my forehead and eye wrinkles and lack of volume in my face. She actually took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. I felt very cared for. 2 months later my face still feels a lot tighter and smoother overall. This place is extremely generous. They offer a complimentary touch up with the advised treatment plan up to two weeks after which says a lot about the company. Vanesa perfectly sculpted my face. I am in love with this place and will be coming back for more services, it’s absolutely worth the money!
I went to OVME Vernon Hills to get filler for my upcoming wedding. Vanesa did my lip, cheek and chin filler. It turned out amazing and she has such a gentle touch. She has a very skilled eye and her techniques are so advanced. I also saw Dana for a Hydrafacial and Microneedling. Dana did such a wonderful job at making sure I was comfortable and the results are phenomenal! She came up with a treatment plan for me so I can look my best on my big day. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!
