OVME Merrifield

I am really disappointed in my experience at OVME. I was really looking forward to a good facial after a long Covid hiatus but this place did not meet my expectations. Overall, the place feels very cold and sterile. The employees are not warm at all. My aesthetician was nice and professional, but not personal at all. As soon as we went back for the consultation and facial, she went straight to business and starting setting me up for the skin analysis. We quickly moved to the room where she reviewed each photo and then began the facial. The entire facial was so scripted like one big long sales pitch of the products she was using, and future services she could perform on me. Overall, I was in and out in one hour, which included the skin analysis and consultation. Considering I paid for a 1 hour elite hydrafacial, I feel like I did not get what I paid for. This place is way overpriced for what you get, and not my taste as far as the cold, uninviting energy. I will not be back, and would not recommend.

All of the ladies at OVME are wonderful! I have been seeing Kameryn for facials since I joined and I can not say enough great things about her. She does wonderful, gentle work. She's also a joy to be around, is very knowledgeable on services and products, and knows what works best for my skin. I leave her chair feeling very refreshed and relaxed!

I have the monthly package and see Kameryn for facials. Kameryn is so knowledgeable and genuinely wants my skin to be its best! Great advice and product recommendations. Love the hydra facials and just got my first chemical peel! Had a skin analysis prior to my first chemical peel and looking forward to see the progress of my skin care wellness journey!

The facial itself was good. Kameryn was knowledgeable, however, she was not warm at all. It seemed like I was bothering her by asking her questions. I don’t know if she’s just having a bad day, but this is the service industry. The customer service alone is reason enough for me not to go back, even if the results are great. I’m extremely disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This OVME and wish I could give it more stars. The staff is SO SO friendly and always accommodating. Their aestheticians are very knowledgeable and always do what's best for me, not their pockets, and I appreciate that. Their services are top notch, their equipment and location are always clean and sanitary, and those red lip candies cannot be beat. I was never a "med spa" person before OVME but I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who wants any services they offer!
