Best haircut experience I’ve had (I’ve been put off hairdressers for a long time just from bad experiences with not being listened too properly or hairdressers just doing whatever they seem to feel like regardless of my wishes) but Aylshia (sorry if the spellings wrong) was amazing! Listened and heard me, got it EXACTLY how I wanted, I love it so much and feel like my haircut anxiety has been healed, can’t wait to go back again!

I used Oscar & Ivy for my wedding hair and make up for myself and my 3 bridesmaids. The work is good, my girls and I looked stunning. Unfortunately, the organisation and communication was so poor that it was the most stressful part of my day... and it really shouldn't have been. From organising a trial, to issues with payment, I was repeating myself over and over again to make my situation clear. Whilst I received a lot of apologies for the inconvenience caused, even on my day, I didn't feel like I was being listened to. For brides who are based down south, I'm sure you will be fine. Anyone outside the local area using Oscar & Ivy for your wedding day, I recommend communicating directly with the owners and going in with a plan of your own. I wouldn't trust them to come up with one and tell you what it is.

Client for four years, I started to become increasingly frustrated with the poor service. Then I had a VERY bad experience, politely made a complaint and they did acknowledge and offer to fix it but I declined and said I prefer a refund - eventually was given it and told to find another hairdresser.
