In simple words pathetic experience. They don't care about customer experience at all. They don't respond to your calls. I called and texted them i have to buy 2 rings no response but no response. One ring i brought got broke. Please don't buy anything here.

They are not deserving even 1 i don't have minus rating , very bad exp bought ring for 98000 diamond fell Same day and when asked for solution they took 3 months sending to Mumbai doing valuation of the product and after so much stories asking us to pay 75k if need same product or if we need our money is 12k . They are a big scammer avoid taking any product from orra ,

Pathetic! If you need to give a custom order you must make a video of the product being ordered at this store, along with the sales person. Otherwise what you receive later may be different. At least that is what happened in our case. We ordered a platinum ring of a larger diameter (rotating), received some other design altogether. There is hardly any difference in price. I am told I apparently changed my mind while placing the order which I don't recon. What a shame!
