Orkin

I’ve had a pleasant experience with Orkin. I had a squirrel problem in my attic and decided to call Orkin. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnosis and solve my squirrel problem. Then, it turned out I also had a rat problem in my basement, which Orkin was able to quickly solve and seal off any opening for the rat to get into the house. I haven’t heard or seen either the squirrel or rat since then. I appreciate the good work they did in my home.

Excellent service & professionalism. Jeremiah has taken great care of my home & even when he’s out, the Columbus Orkin Team steps up & still gets the job done without me experiencing any delay in service! I once had a wasp nest in the vinyl above my front door, the team promptly responded to my call & took care of the problem in no time. Bottom line, there are plenty of other pest control providers; however, none have come close to the level of service provided by this Orkin Team!!!

I started off having a hornets nest. And Orkin came out and took care of that hive very quickly. Then came back and rechecked to make sure there were no stragglers. They also did a mosquitoes spray. The next month , had another mosquitoes spray but didn't seem to bother the skeeter. I called and Tiffany took care of it and made me happy camper in my backyard. Both ladies in the office are fantastic. And Knowledgeable. The guys are great and will call and lett you know they are on their way. The office is timely and keeps you up to date . Just wanted to brag about my Job a little. I have been with this Orkin Franchise for 4 years. The Owner is an awesome Boss. He is very professional and takes care of his employees. I am happy that I choose to come and work for them. I love my job and the people I work with. I have learned a lot about Pest Control and this business since I have been here. Had the owner of Orkin out at my house last week. He came to do my monthly spray. I thought it was funny that the onwer was spraying for bugs. When I asked him why he was there, he told me that my regular technician was sick and he was just helping so my regular tech didn't have so much on him when he got back to work. Wow!! I am impressed. When you think of business owners, you think of someone in an expensive suit behind a desk. Not this one. I am so glad they are locally owned. Makes me feel more like family.
