As to the manager supervisor owner, the people you have working at Orillia are amazing. Kudos to them because they make you look good. Although I spent a few dollars there, it was well worth it. Don’t waste your time shopping here. I’ve been trying to speak with the dealership for over three month regarding a issue on their 12 year rust warranty and no one will return my calls to even discuss the issue. VW Canada is no better I’ve had a case number issued and again repeated promises that they would follow up in 72 hours and no response for over two months

I really hate leaving bad reviews… We dropped off my car for service on Saturday and they said they were busy and would look at it on Tuesday. No one called on the following Tuesday. I tried calling multiple times on Wednesday and Thursday and no one picked up the phone. I went over on Thursday and picked up my car - no one had looked at it and it was just where I left it. I spoke to a nice man who apologized, left my number again and thought maybe they would call on Friday? Nope! Nothing….
