Asked for help and guy was rude ignored me because he was on break. The cashier was also rude and didn’t even thank me for shopping there. I would’ve been happier had he just told me to fuck off. Guess I’ll go to scared from now on.
Great experience. I came In needing a battery. The two employees were so helpfull. Angus was especially amazing. He installed my new battery for me and even took the time to clean off the metal bracket that was pretty corroded. I wish the online customer satisfaction form had a spot to recognize someone. My car is running amazing now! Thank you!
I came in needing a battery and ran into complications with corrosion. James and Jeremy really went out of their way to save me a whole day and more expense and they both truly seemed happy to help. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days and I'm now a loyal customer! Thank you both for going the extra mile.
Very helpful people here! They were informed and did not try to "up sale" me on anything. The salesman that helped me was forthright and courteous. I'll be return there if I need parts or supplies in the future
