I’ve owned my hot tub since 2012, and took advantage of regular maintenance valet service by Oregon Hot Tub. Here are my issues with this company: 1. Took 11 months to get a new cover. I was told by the delivery tech that they only take 20 weeks so why did ours take so long? No answer, other than Covid caused supply chain problems. Yeah, whatever. New tubs get covers no problem. 2. We had signed up for regular maintenance and inspection that costs $270. The day after the tech left the tub heater stops working. Another $200 for a tech to tell me that we need a new pump which would be $790 plus $60 for sensors and whatever hourly rate the tech changes. 3. After calling another hot tub service tech, they came out to look at our tub for no charge. And guess what, the pump is just fine. In fact, these heaters are so well built they almost always outlive everything else. The sensors were bad, they got that right. Why would Oregon Hot Tub try to screw over a long term client? Multiple tech visits and unnecessary replacement of parts just to make a few extra bucks? Won’t be going back to Oregon Hot Tub again. This was an expensive lesson that I hope no one else has to pay to learn.
