Orealios Gaea - Vine Growers of Robola

Marvellous customer service and good quality wines from local producers. We were a bit unfortunate to come in the off season where they got sold out with their premium wines. But we massively enjoyed their hospitality and wine tasting. Their honey from coop farmers is rich and we ended up buying a huge jar of it. Special mention to Ms Evanthia and Mr Panagiotis who were so delightful to chat with and made our visit so memorable. Gorgeous setting and definitely worth a visit.

Incredible vineyard to visit for a wine tasting. We visited in October and it was very quiet. The terrace was beautiful with views over to the monastery. The staff were kind and explained the tasting options. Very simple to choose and excellent value for money especially as one tasting can be shared between two people if wanted. My husband did the tasting as I was not drinking. Small glasses, but perfect to taste and certainly fair for the price. All the wines were explained clearly. The snack provided was delicious (I did bring my own gluten free bread so I could have some of the yummy cheese and tomatoes with that too). We bought a bottle, some olive oil and some incredible fir and thyme honey. All at a fair price. Plenty of parking and toilet facilities available. The cute cats sleeping in the shade were a bonus!

Since we were in the area we decided to visit this winery, we didn't know anything from before. Easy parking, very nice big yard with stylish tables and chairs, and a big, fresh reception area. The young guy working there has been really really very helpful, explained in details all about the wines and answered every question. We bought a red wine at 7 euros, a blend of three varieties. Worth a visit!!

Recently redone. Beautiful scenery. The winery looks amazing. The ladies were very helpful with our selections. Bought a few bottles for gifts back home. Ample parking. Clean bathrooms.

Lovely spot to enjoy a wine tasting - about €10 euros for 8 small glasses that you can share between 2 people, with a small appetiser to go with it (very tasty too). Quiet and beautiful place overlooking the monastery nearby with lovely views.
