Love the Customer Service and found everyone always with a positive attitude! Coaches always crushing it with the workouts as well!

I recently moved and left my home studio, and I have been on the search for a new home studio. A specific thank you to Skylar for making that happen today. I called and visited 3 other studios in the area whose sales associates were not very helpful. However, Skylar was able to greet people, sign people in, and sign me up for a new premium membership with no issues. I'm happy to make the Winter Springs OTF my new home studio and I'll be sure to refer people here in the future.

I saw a 1 star review so had to post this because I feel whatever problem the person experienced, the manager and team are always willing to listen and have been professional in their interactions with me. The review doesn’t reflect quality of the program and how it pushes you to your personal best. No one asked me to write this but it felt important to counter one bad review.
