Very very bad experience. Avoid at all cost. The do not honor their word and do not charge fair prices. Dr. Zimmerman said one thing and then attempted to grossly overcharge. Also, all of their glasses are very marked way above market.

Great glasses, and the staff was awesome to work with. I have had my glasses for 2 years and have gone back for an adjustment. I will be going back soon since my prescription has definitely changed.
I waited for Dr Zimmerman to show up for an hour and 12 minutes. No show. The folks running the counter said for 30 mins he was in the parking lot. It's a big mall but come on. Oh by the way Dr, why would you put your employees in such a situation. Shows your character. I'm waiting for a call to talk about my refund for the contacts that were never ordered. I do not recommend this place and will not. There is small chance I will be convinced further but I welcome the opportunity.
I had a very poor experience with Optical World in the KOP mall. I do like their frame selection, but the customer service is poor. Specifically, the staff was argumentative and unapologetic when they messed up my lenses. When I was still unhappy with the lenses after three attempts, they refused to refund me the cost of the lenses so I could get them done somewhere else. I recommend avoiding them.
