Would highly recommend. Opal was not only my realestate, but very quickly became a family. A huge shoutout to Nardo, he was very quickly onto any situation that accrued to have it fixed, he was easy to work with, caring and made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. Nardo, I would highly suggest to have as your property manager. 10/10 service from the Opal team.
I had the pleasure of meeting Christine during rental crisis. I dealt with other property managers in this time yet none had been as prompt as Christine in helping and advising me secure a place to live in such a critical time. Christine goes above and beyond to respond quickly. She's patient, accommodating, helpful and professional. I cannot recommend her more. Thank you very much Christine.
Christine & Nardo have made our first home purchase process such a breeze! After speaking and dealing with many agents I have found none to be as genuine & caring as the team at Opal. I very rarely write reviews about anything, however I believe Opal Realty Group deserve a good review. My wife and I have been with Opal Reality Group for a little over a year now and I can honestly say it have been an incredible professional experience thus far. Our Property Manager (PM) Nardo Yip ticks all the boxes for the category of a professional PM form recieving messages, billing to dilligently dealing with minor repairs all within perfect deadlines. I would recommend Nardo and the team at Opal Realty Group for your next leasing or buying experience, I am sure you will not be dissapointed.
