Garbage. Last month I’m told I’m approved for an additional 17,000. This month they tell me they can only give me 500. Deal with someone else!

Today I would like to give Kaylee five stars for her exceptional Customer Service. She went above and beyond to assist me. She really empathize with my situation she faxed over some important documents for me. This office will definitely help you with all your questions and so much more. I would recommend this location.

Kaley is the best! The office manager Ionna is amazing. They really make you feel like family. Easy process.

They will literally waste your time. Please deal with a credit union! They don’t know what they’re doing! You’ve been warned!

Terrible service from OneMain, I sent a pay off check to the corporate processing place and they processed it for the amount I was told was my payoff for my loan on two separate occasions for the month prior but it turns out they just told me my account balance and when the got the check and processed it, it didn’t pay my account off so I called and asked why and the branch manager lied to me over the phone and said that I pulled the payoff amount several times within the past month and everytime it was a different amount (which isn’t true because it makes me call the branch to get the pay off and I told them that and she said no sir your wrong) and then she told me that I had inquired about getting more money when I indeed did not. It’s a terrible place to get a loan. My credit score is a 770 and they gave me a 30% interest rate, they lie to you, add fees on. Overall 0/10.
