It is. well, I mean it's kinda ok if you are in a financial situation.... — We rented a room here for my nephew who just returned to town from the state of Pennsylvania. He was quoted the price of $322.00 per week for seven days. We found this to be the best option for placing him in town given his circumstances. I will say the room definitely doesn't look like the photo's on Expedia. It is well worn and definitely has a musty smell to it, but a begger cannot be a chooser. They do offer an outdoor pool, and the room comes with a kitchenette (with a fridge). The location is probably the best thin about this extended stay hotel as it is located at the corner of the Lloyd Expressway, and Green river road. Stay here for the price per week and the location.

Wouldn't pay money to stay there. — The bath tub leaked, shower head didn't work right, and not to mention it had BABY COCKROACHES all over the place. When my husband said something to the worker in the lobby she said "that's okay, we'll figure it out" The location is semi convenient, the atmosphere was very unsettling. The people are sketchy, and the overall value of the room is garbage.

The room is very clean n well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only noise were the other guests coming nd going but that's to be expected so it didn't bother me. I read the other reviews on this place and before they got revamped with new appliances I can understand the rough reviews but now there is really no need to trash the place with bad reviews. Would I recommend this place? Definitely!
