I needed help with my Galaxy JR4 because its sound had become increasingly buzzy and rough. I had purchased the phone years ago from Spark at Westgate St Luke's, and they sent me to Naveen Kamra’s phone repair kiosk further along the mall. Naveen explained that replacing the speaker would cost more than a new phone. He sourced a part for a possible repair, and when that didn't address the problem, he sourced a different part. When that also didn’t help, he agreed to transfer my data to a second JR4 that I had earlier acquired as a backup. However before he could do that, the screen of the faulty phone packed up, making my data inaccessible (and, I assumed, lost.) Naveen then worked out a fix involving a borrowed JR4 screen, which he located and installed temporarily to enable data transfer. All of this played out over a few days. At times Naveen wasn’t at the kiosk, and it was so helpful to be able to check in with his colleague Meenu. She is great to deal with and always knew where things stood, clearly sharing his commitment. I think Naveen must love what he does. He was consistently creative and committed to seeing whether a solution could be found. I will be telling my friends that if their phones need help they should go out of their way to get to Omnitech at Westfield St Luke’s. The kiosk is on Level 1 of the mall, between Pandora on one side and Pascoe’s on the other, and is identifiable from a distance by the yellow fluorescent lighting above his kiosk saying “Phone Repair.”

Went for screen replacement for i phone 10 which I assumed was not possible. To my surprise not only was the screen replaced but the time it took was not even 25 mins. Phone looked new. I would recommend to visit them for any kind of phone repair work.

Among the worst customer service I along with my partner have ever experienced with Naveen. Refused to provide a refund for a faulty screen protector that had bubbles and was lifting at the edges. Will never be returning there and absolutely do not recommend anyone else waste their time or money at Omnitech St Lukes.

Naveen Kamra is very rude. We went back as a $50 screen protector that they put on kept lifting. He told me to read the consumers guarantee act because I wasn’t entitled to a refund on a faulty item. He ended up putting another screen protector on and it was still lifting. Their products and customer service is rubbish. Will not be returning or recommending.

Went to get my phone battery replaced(iPhone XS Max), the guy Naveen had fixed it in half the time. When I got my phone back the earpiece suddenly didn't work at all. The speaker looks like it's covered in glue. Took it back and got told that it had nothing to do with their service and it must have broken some other way (??). They refused to fix it without me paying, again. Never going back to them. Would not recommend unless you want your phone broken in the process of fixing it with no accountability or reparations.
