Omni Accounts

Been using Omni since late 2019, there is no way you can use this as a small business software. I have shelled out more than R60k for the software, then switches, then training. I am really tired of this. You have to know every single thing in detail in your business, because it will cost you in the long run! Prior to covid, perhaps there was reason to go this way, but since 2020, other packages: offer a lot more things which are included, based in the cloud, easier to setup (especially your templates - you need a degree in Omni for this). Yes service is great, but the constant costs, when you ask "shouldnt this be included" will eat at your patience afterwards.
