Great place to shop tactical stuff

Poor return policy. The return shipping charges will not be borne by the company. Also, that clause is not mentioned in their policy. So be mindful of that while buying.

I purchased tactical gloves green full finger on first week of May 23. Within 10 days of use velcro is coming out Ispite of asking for the replacement agent /team is not responding also... If there is no service and if quality is also not maintained of the product will ask to prospective customer to refrain from purchasing new gloves. You have good brands and products avaialable -RE, studs , steelbird which last for atleast 2 years at lower prices.

very good products. Sturdy packaging. I had ordered a Woodland keychain and a Shemagh. Both are having an authentic army look. My order arrived in two parts due to some glitch with the dispatch. The customer care team risponds immediately on wassap. The agent is always well informed and gives satisfactory reply. The only thing I would like to suggest is that they need to strengthen their dispatch section and the inter- department communication/coordination. Otherwise everything is very good.

This is my review of the offline store and not of the merchandise. I am a fan of Olive planet products- Good quality at reasonable prices. I was very eager to visit their store at Kattegenahalli as all my purchases till date have been online. Google timings say 10am to 7pm on all days except Sundays. Drove almost 30km from Whitefield to this store and reached at 6pm on a Saturday evening- The staff seemed mildly annoyed and said they are closing in 15 minutes and that we will have to hurry up. All the merchandise were hung on wall hooks but the store resembled a godown more than anything- I mean cardboard boxes strewn everywhere obstructing the merchandise. The staff had very little knowledge of the products and were shouting to each other when we asked about certain products. The lights were switched off and we had to ask them to switch on so that we could at least view some of the products on sale. The billing took forever as well. I was told the Shooting range closed during the lockdown and I did not care about the cafe next door after this pathetic experience. Very disappointing. I would suggest ordering online rather than visiting this store.

Best place to buy military accessories. Also one can try hands on guns as they have a nice place for shooting. one can try with 10 meter distance. Nice place to hang out, Can spend some time with friends and family if you are planning for a more people. Staff's are very friendly and guide you through. Neat and cleanly maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends and family.
