Oakley and Norman, The Bathroom Specialists

We approached Oakley and Norman to help us design replacements for our existing shower room and bathroom. Unlike other so-called design companies, they showed a genuine interest in helping us design layouts that worked for our needs. They were then able to source a range of high-quality fixtures and fittings as well as connecting us with some highly professional plumbers and bathroom fitters who could do the installation. Throughout the process both Ben and Andy were responsive and full of good ideas and suggestions. When it came time to install they arranged delivery directly with the fitters, they resolved any issues with fittings directly with the suppliers and were able to quickly source new / changed items as we (inevitably) changed our minds on some of the finer details. All in all it was a great customer experience and I feel we have ended up with two high quality bathrooms at a good price. Highly recommended.

Both our family bathroom and ensuite are tricky rooms built into the eaves. Ben and Andrew came up with fantastic design solutions that achieved everything we wanted.
