Beginning with my initial visit, this office has impressed me (even though I'm a ninny when it comes to JUST THE SOUND of a drill). The building is CLEAN & relaxing. The office staff, including Ms Christy, are friendly, polite, with southern hospitality; the techs are just as friendly, made me comfortable, putting me at ease explaining what to expect during the visit; and all three of the doctors that catered to this ninny are patient, friendly, knowledgeable. I received a surprised call after an extraction, and asked myself: What doctor does that? Those that CARE! is the answer...These dentist are best dental care since I lost Dr Paulette Williams in River Ridge.

The staff is very professional. They are always polite and patient. The level of comfort is amazing. There's soft music playing, a warm pillow is provided, and they speak with a caring tone. I've been going to them for years and my procedures have been pain free. I really like that they are prompt and they value their patients time. I wouldn't go anywhere else... truly exceptional!

The best customer service from scheduling to having the procedures. They are always explaining what they are doing during your cleaning and also make sure you are comfortable. I’m so glad I found this office.

Super friendly staff and doctors. I like the fact that your not rushed in and out. They take their time with you once in the back. I love the smell things to make you comfortable ( warm towel for your neck).

Great experience from the front desk to the dental professionals The staff is professional, but warm, and love the extras like the warm pillow, chenille through when I am chilly, shades to block too much lighting during services! The cutting edge technology is a plus! Best dental experience I've ever had!
