I had a huge problem yesterday. My cell phone was completely destroyed. The O2 employee Marius helped me in a friendly, competent and patient manner despite a lot of technical resistance. Only to recommend. 10/10

My wife and I felt very comfortable and are very satisfied with the service. The advice was great and very friendly, our consultant set up our mobile hotspot for us right away. I can recommend the shop with a clear conscience.

actually i would like to share my, very very very bad experience with O2, yes it deserves to spend 10 min for this feedback i bought a new mobile, the new mobile had a broken network connectivity, sometime it is OK and the most is not. after 6 visits to 2 o2 branches in Münster, i got nothing ...!!! every time i was there, i got a different opinion and decision. every O2 employee (at least in these 2 branches) decide differently. and the result now that i still have the broken mobile, and i dont know what i should make with it. Thank you O2, i will swear with who i believe, i will cancel everything related to you.
