Jim Doxtader from NP came to our house on time for a scheduled appointment and sat with us to review all aspects of our recently installed heat pump system. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all of our questions. He also completed a few punch list items on our new system. We appreciated everything he did to make us sure we were comfortable using the new system and knowing NP is always there if we need to call them for anything that might come up.

We had NP environmental install our geothermal heating and cooling system. From the initial contact through to project completion, everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. These projects are complex and time consuming, NP environmental was a great partner for our green conversion.

Very happy with their work for installing a geothermal heat pump system. Nick did the engineering and spent a lot of time explaining details and answering our concerns. The NP crew under Andy was super to work with, kind, courteous and careful.

We used NP Environmental for our geothermal system. The guys were very professional and really took the time to do the work properly. My only complaint is my yard was left a complete mess which they stated they would come back to fix. We paid over 90,000$ for our system the they could do is finish the job. Its been months since completion.

We had NPE install a Mitsubishi ASHP system last September and were very impressed with the entire company. Nick did the engineering work and his crew did the installation. Everyone was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. They tried to accommodate every request we made and did an outstanding job. After burning wood for many, many years it was a bit of a learning curve to get used to the system but, we are very happy we did it. We now have the added benefit of AC in the summer as well. Great company to work with!
