The pharmacist takes the time to explain how to take each medication clearly and patiently, which gives me a real sense of reassurance. I really appreciate how they listen carefully and answer any questions I have, no matter how small. The pharmacy itself is always clean, bright, and well-organised, and the waiting time is surprisingly short even during busy hours. You can really tell that the team here works well together. Everyone seems to communicate smoothly and share the same goal of helping patients. Their teamwork creates a calm and professional atmosphere that makes me feel genuinely cared for. 😍 I’m always satisfied with their service, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Very rude pharmacist there today - couldn’t get her name but she wan an Indian lady. My mother had run out of her meds and we requested a 111 emergency prescription for her which allows you to get medication up to a months worth. She was rude from the get go, challenging that she would not be able to give all the items and as I was explaining it to her that she can, she hung up on me. Continued to be rude to my 75 year old mother who was already very distressed thinking she will miss her medication. Very unprofessional and not empathic at all. Unfortunately this was one of the only pharmacies available for the service today but definitely not sending my mum here again. I can also see several other reviews about the same person being very rude. The manager needs to address this.
