Thank you for being there for me every step of the way with my orthodontic work … Every visit has been painless and pleasant, which not many people can say about going to the dentist! I always look forward to seeing everyone at my appointments even though I never want to leave! I will never forget your kindness during my treatment. As nervous as I was to go through with it, you guys always made sure that I felt comfortable and not just another number on the chart. My teeth look amazing! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!! I had to get my braces removed early due to a military move. We called 2 months before I had them removed to ask if we would owe anything afterwards. We were told NO, it would cancel the contract and once they were off the payments would stop. Now that they are off I am told I still need to pay. I told them The women we spoke to 2 months ago said we wouldn’t owe any more after they were removed and all we were told was that she doesn’t work for them anymore. REGARDLESS she was representing this company and giving this information to a client. Even tho I now I have to go somewhere else to complete the service we are now being scammed out of more money with no more service. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Dominique is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face! I love when she’s there, she makes my visits easy going.

It's been a great experience and pleasure under the care of Novus Orthodontic Staff. Allasha is very gentle and knowledgeable and take pride in her work. Dr. Patterson takes time and explain the transition with changes in my future smile. Jackie and Dominique are awesome, always have a warm and gentle smile that make me feel at ease. I am so please with this great staff of professionals and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a beautiful smile.

Thanks Dr Patterson, Tameka, Jacki & Dominique. Dr Patterson is the most attentive, dedicated [and handsome] Orthodontist who truly listens and makes your treatment plan a collaborative experience. Tameka really provides the best customer service and time management for those of us who tend to often run a little late. She's always one step ahead. Jacki you were there with me through the entire 35 months. Your smile, attention to detail, patience yet informative care exceeds any standard. Dominique you round out the fabulous four who I couldn't have done this without. Dr Patterson has the best support staff in Tameka, Jacki & Dominique. I've never seen either of them without a welcoming smile and a wealth of knowledge. I'd recommend any & everyone to this wonderful team of professionals who made my wearing braces the best experience ever! You can't go wrong with their beauty, braun, brains & brilliance when they're doing what they do best. I will truly miss you all!!!
