We have had Tom as a tech before and liked his thoroughness and professionalism. It's nice to know the job is done and done right.

Tyler came by they other day to let me know he was going to start doing some business in my area and asked if we would like to hear a list of pest services he had to offer. I was impressed with how professional he was and told him I would get back to him. I did the next day and told him to sign us up and he was already here the following day to do the first service. He was very professional, texted me that he was running a little early and on his way, got here, did all that he promised and gave me a little update after he was done. I am glad that he stopped by the other day. Now we don't have buy all the materials and to do the work :) Thank you Tyler!

Nova has been nothing but through and professional! I was with Croach pest service before hand. I was hesitant but i decided to give these local guys a shot and was blown away by not only Tyler who set us up. But the technician Tom was so through and personable. I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family! You guys earn a life time customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Nova pest control! When Tyler originally showed up at our house we had no intention of switching because we already had a pest control company. However, within 10 minutes we were sold! The price is unbeatable and the service is great! Plus our technician Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive! We are Nova lifers! Cannot recommend them enough!
