My daughter's lung function test was scheduled for 10.30am. I called to say we were running 5min late. They put another patient before us. The staff forgot to schedule another patients appointment and our appointment got delayed by an hour. This impacted my following appointments causing delays for me. Staff need to provide better service and manage schedules better. Thanks

Friendly and helpful staff Very clean office and consulting rooms Dr. Parsons is a experienced specialist, highly recommended! Thank you
Everybody was so friendly and it helped make the sleep study process even easier.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful every time I have contact with this practice. So accomodating when I had to postpone my last appointment.
Extremely helpful in booking treatments With hospital Very much appreciated
I was hesitant to follow through with my appointment due to the other bad reviews, however I'm glad I did. I personally had a great experience and it was probably one of the most pleasant doctors experiences I've had in some time. Had a lung/breathing test along with a consultation with Dr Parson and found the team to be polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need. Thank you, team.
Lack of care compassion and professionalism to say the least. Reception staff should be "friendly" especially to older patience and do less gossiping about motherhood lunch etc, Patients attend consultation and we "the patient" are restrictive for time as well! Follow up consultation or further testing is "NEVER followed up" regardless after continuous efforts made by the patient. i have expressed my concerns about this practice to my GP family and friends. if you can't provide the service then don't take further patience
Bad. EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I can assure you that the “Jonathan” and “Jeremy” reviews are definitely NOT the same people. Imagine being a business owner making silly assumptions. Various people rated your clinic 1 star and would rate it 0 if we could. Tips: - If it’s a requirement, make sure your receptionists inform clients first instead of placing them in an appointment and leaving this question last in order to not waste everyone’s time - Perhaps the issue is your firm, not the clients. - complete unprofessionalism and I would NOT recommend this arrogant business to anyone
Have dealt with Dr Parsons in regard to my emphaseama Having applied for a disability pension, I was assured my paperwork would be filled out ASAP. Nearly one year later I have had to change to a new doctor as I have lost all faith in Parsons. His lack of care has robbed me of one year of my life.
I enquired regarded about getting an appointment with Doctor about having an over due check up, as I have sarcoidiosis, however I was told that I would have to be double vaxed to do so. This is ridiculous, as vaxed and non vaxed can get and spread the virus, it has been proved that getting vaxed makes no difference. This does not make sense at all. I will be getting my services else where, to a practice that is awake and has common sense and that doesn't practice discrimination.
