I had a great experience in the eye exam and the staff were very helpful when it came to choosing new frames. additionally, my new glasses arrived about a week ahead of schedule but I am uncertain how much influence they had on that.
I've been a customer with them for the last 4 yrs. The last visit was March 2021. Recently I broke a part on my glasses. Evidently they don't do replacements, ie.. if you broke a temple (arm) on your glasses you have to buy a whole new frame! Now I have to have a new exam in order to replace my broken glasses. I'm 2 months past my yearly exam, even though my prescription hasn't changed in 4 years! This is totally redicuu.
