Avoid this company at all costs. First of all, most of this 5 stars reviews are made by profile with no other reviews or very few, and they are very suspicious. In fact, I reported them... And this company totally failed to fix our roof. Actually, they made it worse since now there is water damage everywhere. On top of that, after my wife called the company to reschedule a repair after the embarrassing errors that they made, the lady that answered the phone hung up on her twice. We filed a claim with Better Business Bureau for negligence and unprofessional customer service.

So far it's been a pleasure to work with this company starting from the sale representative very well explain and he showed all the deals can suit my needs, Brian very patient and show me step by step filling and signing papers , and Antony the one in charge for the crew putting my new roof super accesible at all time and easy to communicate I'm very happy and satisfied with the job. Thank so much and God bless your heart for all your help.

NorCal Roofing recently completed our roof replacement and we are very pleased with their work. Our project manager, Mike, ran the job efficiently with 3 crews; tear-off, dry rot repair/new roof install and gutters & downspouts. Due to a leak which occurred during the heavy rains, we knew we would need some dry rot repairs and were concerned about the extent and cost. Several areas did require attention for which we felt the cost was quite reasonable. All the workers on site were respectful, hard-working and left the site cleaned up at the end of each day. We were told at completion if we had any issues going forward to give them a call, adding “We stand by our work.” What more could we ask for? Thanks NorCal

Called for estimate. Mike was out within 3 days. They were able to start quickly. Very prompt and professional. The day after completion it rained we noticed a couple small leaks in the gutter corners. I texted Mike about it and he had guys over to fix it within the hour. Very professional. Excellent work. We love the new look it gave our house and so do all the neighbors. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing.

This is a great company to work with. We had roof damage from the storm. They responded quickly, and initially tarped the roof. Once weather cleared up, they completed all the repairs. The roof looks great! They came as scheduled, and cleaned up nicely once completed. Will definitely use again - great value for the money!
