Ordered mild/medium and received mouth/stomach burning heat. Been eating here for over 10 years and they just keep cutting corners over and over again. It’s really not even worth trying anymore. Very unfortunate.

I recently visited Noodlebox Downtown and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing vegetarian options available. As a vegetarian, it can be challenging to find tasty and satisfying options, but Noodlebox really delivered. From the delicious tofu to the fresh veggies and flavorful sauces, every bite was a treat. The service was also top-notch, with friendly staff who were happy to accommodate my dietary preferences and offer recommendations. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend Noodlebox Downtown for anyone looking for delicious and satisfying vegetarian food in Victoria. With their wide variety of options and attentive service, it's a must-visit for all vegetarian food lovers! 🍜🥕🌶️🌿👌😋

I’ve eaten thrice here, every time expecting it’ll be better dish. I liked the Thai style chowmein , even the chicken pieces were sufficient. But the Teriyaki bowl was a put off. There were only 3 pieces in the Teriyaki bowl, and it was overloaded with sauces. No much green onions or peppers. Third time I tried Drunken bowl with egg. The noodles had a non veg flavour, making me wonder it was prepared in the same wok as chicken. All the flavours were mixed up.

The food was good but because it was so drenched in sauce, it unfortunately meant a lot of it went to waste. All that extra sauce made it so salty. The food was also a lot spicier than I thought it would be. I’d recommend choosing a spice level at least one level lower than what you’d normally get.

Quick to make food, but there is a lot of flavourful sauce and it’s very spicy. I picked the lowest heat level (mild) and it was quite spicy for a ‘mild’ dish. There was enough sauce that I could have taken the bowl home, added rice and have gotten 2 more meals out of it.
