I recently visited Noodle Box in Waterloo and had a fantastic experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. The ambience of Noodle Box Waterloo is truly something to appreciate. The restaurant has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The decor is tastefully done, creating a cozy environment that enhances the overall dining experience. I ordered the Kung Pao and Sanghai crispy chicken, and it was bursting with flavors - the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy. Each ingredient was fresh, and the portion size was generous. The chef's skills were evident in every bite, and I left the restaurant completely satisfied. Another aspect worth mentioning is the restaurant's cleanliness. One of the best noodle restaurant in town. The ambiance of the store was very calm and welcoming. Ordered online food was ready in 15 min. Employee were super friendly and efficient. I noticed they change cooking pan for each order which is excellent. The food was extremely delicious freshly made 💯 must try!

Food was great, friendly service and staff was courteous. Newly opened try is must. Food is flavourful and has good decent options for all. Great ambience and interior. Parking lot is sufficient spaces. Inside seating is better too. We ordered Kung Pao Box, Pad thai box, Drunken Box and Spicy Peanut Box All were great options 👍

So glad to have a legitimately good stir fry noodle place near work! I tried noodle box hoping it would be better than the average chain fast food restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. I would say it's something like Thai express, but with better tasting ingredients, a wider range of spice tolerance (that delivers) and good fresh ingredients in decent quantities (my box ended up weighing about 700g and was perfectly filling). The noodles were well cooked, saucy and flavorful. I will say it felt like there could have been a bit more protein, but all in all, for the price and the overall quality, it's a great spot for lunch if you're seeking some variety. Friendly staff and fresh food.

Very hot, fresh, and tasty food. I had the Pad Thai with chicken. I would probably skip the chicken next time, as it isn't cooked in with the sauce, and there wasn't much of it. I also didn't find the egg that it is advertised to come with. But the store has only been open a couple of days, so that's forgivable. The medium heat level was spot on. Those small looking boxes hold a surprisingly large amount of food. I will go again for sure.
