Excellent experience! I am glad and well please to share my great experience here at NMC Royal Hospital particularly at HDU area. The nurses were perfect, they've take good care of me from the day I was admitted til the last day I'd been discharge. I am so happy and satisfied for their services and kindness, also to customer care who visited and motivates me everyday. Pyae OO May is an amazing woman, she listened to me very well and to all my requests :) pleaseeeee take care of this beautiful lady. Dr. Mohamed El Marghany is an excellent doctor, he made a successful operation to me in my hand . Love you all ❤

It was SUPERB experience!!! Huge Shout out!!!!!! to Dr. Sonam Garg for her amazing medical treatment on my eye. The treatment was superb/ excellent and all the best words that I could fill in just to describe her astonishing treatment, because of astounding procedure now I can see clearly. Thank you so much doctor and for the rest of your team and of course to NMC for having one of the most precious doctor here in your hospital.

READERS, PLEASE READ OUR JOURNEY THIS WILL HELP YOU TO SAVE TIME LOOKING FOR THE BEST HOSPITAL THAT CAN SAVE LIVES! We have an autistic son who is covid positive (mild) but severe dehydrated because he was vomitting a lot and cannot able to eat nor drink. Starting Tuesday (June 28, 2022), till July 2, we went to the "different hospitals", seeking for help and hoping that they will help us and admit my son who is suffering due to severe dehydration. But unfortunately they will just put the canula and give IV fluids and ask us to go home. We are hopeless that time as we do not know which hospital will accept my son. Some private hospital, even asked us to pay cash coz they said my son is covid patient and that is the DHA PROTOCOL which I've got surprised coz we have an insurance, suddenly my insurance became useless and we do not know what happened. FAST FORWARD.. My daughter got admitted here in NMC ROYAL HOSPITAL. Accidentally, I had convo with the customer care named Charmaine I asked here about our situation.. and that time I told her as well regarding a covid patient and what is the protocol, I even told her that Iam afraid that my son will be rejected again for admission. She told me to send my son immediately as per the order of Ms. RENA. So we are praying to God that may this hospital-NMC ROYAL DIP, open their doors for my son who is severe dehdyrated, can't eat or drink for 5 days because we do not know what will gonna do. We tried to feed him but he keeps on vomitting. We are tired and exhausted. So we brought our ASD son to the ER. all emergency personnel specially nurses in ER are proactive and quick to act..they provided immediate action. Doctors came told me "WE WILL KEEP your son and we will not allow him to go home without seeing your son eating and being well". That time I want TO CRY AND HUG THE Dr. Izza but of course I know I am also infected I tried not to and I just said thank you Lord for giving us a doctor with a good heart and with commonsense and showed true kindness and compassion. Thank you so much NMC ROYAL DIP THANK YOU OUR dear Doctors Dr. IZZA and Dr. NILEESH and to the nurses Silpa and her Team. May all the blessings of God pour upon your lives and may God protect all of you and give you strength. Again thank you so much 💕 👉To those families who is looking for a Pedia/Doctor that have a good heart, you will find them here in NMC ROYAL DIP. They have a very nice room, clean and comfortable with a perfect services, very humble and respectful nurses and even we are infected they are not afraid to check our children from time to time. The foods were great too 💕. Believe me your child is in good hands here in NMC ROYAL DIP. Specially if you have an autism/special child. 💕💕

My mum got her operation today. We are so happy and satisfied with Dr. Jaya nath. He was so good in explaining the process and post-surgery procedure. Room was very clean and great for family visits. Ms April was also very helpful and friendly in assisting us all the way.
