WARNING!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP BEING FRUSTRATED AND WILL REGRET CHOOSING NEXTCAR!!! The multiple negative reviews on here and the Better Business Bureau say it all!

BEWARE!!!!! I would mark this as a negative star if it were possible! We have traveled to over 100 countries and this was the worst experience we've ever had with a car rental company (and that says alot since we have rented hundreds of vehicles)! They tacked on an additional $250 cleaning fee but couldn't provide us with any photos nor documentation. They just charged our credit card without any explanation. They were very unprofessional and lacked communication! We would recommend renting from any other rental car company or Turo before ever considering to do business with them!!! We are also filing a better business bureau report which is not the first one they have received! Their ratings are extremely low on other internet sources and we certainly know why!!

The service here is great the cars are clean AND MOST OF ALL THEY WILL RENT YOU A CAR WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD, EVEN IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE! Excellent place to rent from

Gloria was super friendly and no question was an inconvenience. Please let her know she was 'the most customer focussed' service staff member. This made my first impressions of the company 100% spotless. Car was also good and returning was easy. Price was exactly as advertised.

I was truly "blown away" by this experience of renting a vehicle for a business trip in Ohio here. I thought it was terrific when I picked up the vehicle but it was enhanced by the "greeting" I received on returning the vehicle. Customer Service was "Exemplary" from Gloria, from the attention to "paperwork" and genuine customer satisfaction on the return of the vehicle. I will not hesitate to use this service again and I will definitely recommend Gloria and this service to my colleagues.

If you’re hiring a car in Cincinnati definitely check out NextCar. Easy to deal with, lovely people. I opted for complete cover insurance and even with that, it was still very affordable. They have great cars as well. 10/10 thank you guys see you next time

Easy to book, easy to find. The great hire price and unlimited mileage were a bonus I wasn't expecting at this price. The booking assistant is excellent. Loved the car. Was clean, fully fueled, and ready to go. Would not go past them for my next hire 😁
