Absolutely unrealllllllllll!!

Visited to use the infrared sauna and was surprised by the facility and customer service I received overall. The facility is gorgeous, well kept, professional and has a spa vibe. I was 10-15 min late for my session due to traffic and assumed my treatment to be cut short and yet it wasn’t. I was welcomed in, shown around and treated to the full 45 minute session. Nothing was a hassle and the gentleman who served me was exceptional. Absolutely recommend and will be returning.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nex Level Recovery recently, they have so many good facilities that have aided in my muscle recovery. The staff were so friendly and Brooke helped me out with all my needs. Will definitely be returning.

I'm really impressed with this place. It has a great vibe when you enter and is beautifully decorated. The customer service is also excellent. I had an experience in my first sauna here where it didn't feel quite hot enough for me. I gave them feedback of what I thought might be the problem. They took my feedback seriously and have made every effort to ensure I had a better experience. I've been to a number of different sauna places, including infrared. This setup at Dural is up there with the best I've tried. The private sauna pod is in a large room with a lockable door (this matters to me as I've been to a few with just curtains for privacy.) The room includes is a spacious change area and a private shower with towel provided. It's the only place I've been that includes a private shower. I am looking forward to trying the other treatments available!

I typically don't leave reviews, however I am compelled to as the entire experience from the get go has left me feeling so positive. A special shout out to Brooke who really made me feel at ease and definitely new her products. I highly recommend this experience. I definatley will be back!

You will be shocked entering the facility as I never knew something like this existed in Sydney. Highest quality recovery equipment and techniques, once you try it you'll definitely be back. The staff will recommend the best treatment and check in throughout the whole process. State of the art facilities, this place is unreal.
