In my first visit the office staff were great. Theresa did a great job in helping me get through xrays as I usually have gag reflex. She was very friendly during my entire visit and made me feel very comfortable during all parts of my cleaning. Highly recommend if looking for a dentist in Glendale.

Dr. Martinez and staff provide a nothing but stellar experience! Providing top notch customer service above and beyond my expectations. It's been awhile since I had my teeth looked at. Needless to say I was very anxious and the explanations made me very confident that I was on my way to a New Smile!!!

Had a great experience removing my wisdom teeth even though that sounds a little weird. Dr. Armand Keuroghlian and his staff were caring and made sure I was okay through the whole procedure. I’ve gone to other locations and they forced me to do a deep anesthesia or else they will not do the procedure. My insurance will not cover the deep anesthesia. Here I requested local anesthesia and they said it was fine. They removed my wisdom teeth within mins and no need for deep anesthesia. My insurance did not cover bone grafts either so I was charged for that, however I knew a bone graft was needed because I had some bone loss due to infections and my other teeth in the surrounded area may be affected by the bone loss. Other places charge around the same price for a bone graft so it was reasonable. Thanks again.

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. My husband and I were new patients and had been dreading it because we hadn’t been in several years. But from the second we got there, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. They listened to my concerns and the hygienist was extra gentle while cleaning. It felt like I’d been going there for years. My teeth feel cleaner than they have in ages! Thank you guys so much!

The office staff is so friendly and attentive. Really appreciate Dr.Martinez’s care and insights, Chelsea is wonderful and Vaughn took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. Love the staff and care at New Smile Dental!
