Great car rental service! They are very flexible, clear and quick in communication, and they speak great English.

Great service, flexible and clear communication. We needed a car to travel through Serbia, Montenegro and Albania for 10 days. Our previous rental didn't work out, but at Nevian we got a reservation with everything we needed. Replies to email and WhatsApp was quick and when we got there we were driving within 10 minutes. Returning the car also went smoothly. We were even able to change the return date/time twice.

Really a great service, if we could give them more stars we would. We needed a car urgently, and we looked up several rentacar agencies using either forums or general knowledge till we checked up google recommendations and saw that NEVIAN has 4.6 based on more than 50 reviews. The service was impeccable. Zeljka was really helpful with everything, she gave us all the info we needed both about the rental agreement and the car. Car was new (2022) and rode smoothly, gas was almost filled up. All the paperwork was done quickly, and in 10 minutes we were on the road. As for the return of the car, the deposit was unblocked within 24hrs (even though Zeljka informed us that it might take 5-7 working days at most). If you need a rentacar we wholeheartedly recommend Nevian. We will be using them again, most likely very soon. :)

Met the owner Srdjan in person and he explained the procedure. Delivering the wanted car on Nikola Tesla airport was a breeze. Surely will recommend to any friends visiting Serbia. Excellent experience using NEVIAN. First time renting a car and they made the whole experience very pleasant. Communication was great; granted, my partner speaks Serbian, but they also communicated with me in English. The Skoda Fabia we were given was in good condition and didn't miss a beat. It was also very economical. Would recommend!
