Every time I walk in the door, I’m always treated kindly and with compassion from every employee. They have great safety protocols in place that they follow in accordance with the CDC involving COVID and I appreciate that they consistently implement them. This is also a great place to receive help in whatever form of mental health support you need.
Game changing therapy for depression and anxiety. I had been on multiple medications without success. Neuro Wellness TMS center has changed my life for the better. The staff is so warm and caring and explains everything in detail. I have been amazed with the results. Stop waiting and make the call, your life will improve from their treatment.
Great, friendly staff. Shelly was amazing at getting me approved for TMS and she always works her magic to make sure they have appointments that are convenient for me. She goes the extra mile. Thiago is very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns about medications. Roxanna is a great, caring therapist. She's helped me so much this year with my depression and anxiety. All the TMS technicians are friendly and comforting. I can't say anything bad about this practice.
There are no words that adequately describe my gratitude for Neuro Wellness TMS Centers and its staff. I am at the end of my TMS treatment for the worsening depression I've struggled with since childhood, and this is the only thing that has ever made a significant difference in my quality of life. They are as flexible with payments and appointments as possible and will do their best to accommodate your financial and scheduling needs. Shelly is welcoming, down to earth, and passionate about this practice, working after hours and weekends to ensure that patients receive quick, efficient care. Dr. Katyal is gentle and takes her time in communicating about your treatment until she knows that you are comfortable. Gustavo is one of the kindest, most caring, and most comforting people that I have ever met. He's an absolute blessing and so devoted to helping those who need it. CEO Shelly is so comforting, compassionate and understanding. She really takes the time to get to know the patient to really figure out the best path of treatment. She has been a signal of hope for me as a person that has been losing hope in life for a long time while I have been struggling for years with severe anxiety and depression disorder. I finally feel like maybe there is hope for me yet. Shelley even offers to go above and beyond just to make the customer happy and make sure that they getting better. I felt cared about and respected and she took all the time I needed to talk. I am looking forward to starting my treatment plan!
