I took 2 designer gowns to get them sized up and i love in mtl so it was a drive. Worth. It. She did an incredible job to such a point where i didnt even know how she made the dress larger on the bust. She did it so subtly and with perfect fabric to match the dresses. I am veryyy meticulous in checking for things that stand out but they nailed it. Im going to bring more of my stuff here. Very good service and a nice lady.

Dropped off a jacket November 4 to get the zipper replaced. She says she had a metal zipper and it would be ready Saturday or Monday. I go back the following Saturday(13th). Jacket's not ready. She didn't have the zipper and need to order one. Said she'll have it Tuesday. Waited for a call. Nothing. I go back December 10 going it's ready since I never got a call. It's ready but with a plastic zipper. Unprofessional. Will never go back. People recommended this place. I guess most people have much lower standards.

Very unhappy about this place. I've been going there for so long but I guess when they get confortable they also take advantage. I brought a dress which my best friend has the same, we had to fix them, I went to this place which i've known all my life and she brought it to a woman she doesn't even know. We have the same height and weight and have the same size in that dress. She brought hers later than me. I had to pay 80$!!! When my best friend paid 50$!!!! I called to understand why i had an extra 30$ and both woman just had as an answer "you knew the price". Well then, you just lost a client. Very dissapointed and I won't recommend this place to anyone anymore.
