Joseph took the time to come out to my office and explain the four posts of my Financial Safety Net (Life , Disability, Critical Illness and Income Protection Insurances). He reviewed my existing policies, that I set up years ago, and was able to improve on some and so we replaced those. For the income protection insurance, that I had set up previously, it was better that what is currently available as a result of regulatory changes, so Joseph left this in place, so that I did not lose something that is better than what is currently available. Finally, Joseph set me up with a health insurer (AIA) that gives me weekly $5 rewards for staying active, and I'm on my way to getting to a status where I will get 50% off one international flight and one domestic flight every year. Our situation is complex and unique, in the sense that one of us is still a student. Although our situation is complex, he works tirelessly to resolve any challenges. Joseph works closely with us. He is extremely responsive and always update us and keep us in the loop. This is our first time getting a loan. He carefully explains the house buying procedure and the procedure of getting a loan. Joseph and his team have demostrated utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph and Net Gain Financial to anyone wanting to get a home loan for a new purchase.
