We've lived here for two years now. We love the location, but were not planning on renewing until the management took over recently. So far, the new team has been very friendly and helpful. There is also an improvement plan we are excited about.

Worst renters on the earth. STAY AWAY !! STAY AWAY !!

Poor business and service! The leasing team have trouble communication skills. The deposit of $500 deposit is a scam it’s non refundable which they won’t tell you. So if you just apply and don’t get expected they keep it! So watch out for that!!!!!!!!! Went to see a unit they have on the market that wasn’t available to see. Told me they were renovating the apartment and when I went to see it nothing was completed. Told me the apartment would be updated but they was just going to change the floor and paint. Keep the apartment with old appliances. The washer and dryer was so small it was like putting to college fridges together. You would still have to go to the laundry mat. When I asked them are they going to change it they said if it works it stays. No not for $2000 plus a month. Plus you have to pay for parking if you want to have a spot. So I back out and lost my $500 but that was way worth it then being stuck living there !!!
