Very worst service. We are asking for the receipt. But they gave only a print out slip.. not proper bill. If we ask bill means they will delay to deliver the cylinder.

Very rude delivery employees. Asking customers to come and collect the cylinder from the main road. Not giving receipt on delivery for already paid cylinder though we request repeatedly for the receipt. Arguing and telling us to change our address though it is the official Aadhar Card Address. Finally left without delivering gas cylinder because we asked for the receipt. Only the girl in the office tried to understand the problem. The manager also was trying to find fault with the customer and support the rude delivery employee. Eventually after wasting 1 hour in unnecessary argument they delivered the cylinder. Very bad experience with this agency with regard to customer treatment.
