Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Roja (staff), she was really nice , friendly with customer...The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming..... Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my eyebrow, facial, and waxing I will be back for more services!
Good service, no comments there. A little unsatisfied with Administration. Coupon was given with minimal information, I have been a customer for almost 3-4 years with the same branch, hence I trusted when I was advised with services. But, It felt more like being taken advantage of rather than having righteous advice on the services. Questions my choice of interest now.
Very horrible hair cut. Hair is a crown for woman, how can you do like this. Saloon keeper didn't even know how to cut hair properly.
I have been going to this salon from the past 3-4 years and I have received the best service from them so far. The beautician who usually does my services is Deepika she's no doubt the best beautician. She is very professional, caring, attentive to her customers and gives that personal touch. She takes time to ensure that I'm well taken care off in the salon. Outstanding job, always!
I had this amazing experience with my haircut and hair spa by Naturals and Mr. Anil who is a professional regarding the work and understanding what the customer wants and giving them exactly.
