I went for hair cut, they charger me costs according but they didnt provide the exact services, they don't wash my hair at all And Didn't use proper towels as well.. Not worth visiting.. pls avoid

Even after specifically asking not to give a specific haircut, the lady ended up giving the same old haircut, probably because she knows just that. Hair styling does not necessarily mean the client wouldn’t know the job is half done. Very unprofessional, definitely never going back again. Being a member since a decade, this is not something that someone would want to create a fuss about. Genuine feedback to get honest and better trained professionals!

I had the worst experiences both times I visited this location. When I went in for a facial the first time, they twice sprayed me with hot water because there was an equipment problem. I went here again today, and the only person who cuts hair for men is either Raja or Ravi (he spoke his name slowly when I asked). He works in the Madhapur branch, as he mentioned, and he did my haircut. After I arrived, another guy came in for a haircut, and ravi asked him to wait till he finish my haircut. The way he cut my hair was awful, and it didn't even look good. I also asked for my beard to be trimmed, which he did initially with scissors, then he switched to a trimmer when I asked, and finally at the billing section He told the receptionist that he styled my beard(which looks uneven and just for getting money he mentioned trimming as beard styling)Naturals are opening several locations, but the quality they are keeping is appalling. If I visit a branch once and have a positive experience, I will have a negative experience the next time. You people are hiring people without any experience at random. Regretfully, this is my final visit to Naturals. Even roadside barbers—at least for men—are superior to you guys.
