The service at this place is very poor. I got a hair spa done and the girl gave me a massage for less than 5 minutes. After telling her that it’s insufficient, she gave for 5 more minutes. Extremely inefficient. Won’t recommend for hair related treatments
I have visited this salon for a hair cut and they have done a very good job. Chetana was very helpful in consultation. Kudos to Naturals Chandanagar team.
This used to be a decent saloon , with new management and inexperienced staff , service quality gone tremendously down. I am? was their customer for last 8 to 10 years and I can say this for sure. I shared the feedback on whatsapp, my all message got read but no response. This all says the story. Worst facilities and worst staff and careless managent.. 'Avoid this location ' it is what I will say... go to other Naturals.
Worst service. When I went to the parlour everyone is sitting ideal even though they asked one of the trainee or junior to do the service. I explained her clearly about my eyebrows shape and asked her not to spoil the shape. Even after telling clearly she did spoiled my eyebrows shape. Her name is asifa. I complained about this to the person who’s sitting in the reception, they were also just listening what I am saying but not asking for apologies, not even saying that we will correct it. They’re just waiting to collect the payment. You people just need the money without giving the proper service. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone. It’s better to go to the small parlour instead.
Service was fine, but wouldn’t recommend going in the late evening. They are in a hurry to finish and go home. Chetna did whatever she could in limited time. Felt it was expensive for the service. Blowdry was done in 10-15min. The curls might not stay for long. I don’t recommend for simple cleanups. If it is just applying creams and wiping them. We can do much better at home
